I was craving for the sweetness from the chicken liver. I cooked another set of menu for me because my husband and my in-laws doesn’t have a sweet tooth. So here’s the quick recipe I have. It only takes 5 minutes to cook!

Ingredients:
Chicken Liver (half cup)
1 tsp chopped garlic
Oyster Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Light Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Vinegar
Salt
Lemon
Quantity: 2 people
Procedure:
- On a nonstick pan, heat oil and toss the garlic. Cook for 20 sec.
- Put the liver pieces and mix. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon. Cover and cook over medium flame for 2 minutes. (Occasionally add water to avoid dryness)
- Add vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add a small amount of water and cover.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
