I was craving for the sweetness from the chicken liver. I cooked another set of menu for me because my husband and my in-laws doesn’t have a sweet tooth. So here’s the quick recipe I have. It only takes 5 minutes to cook!

Chicken Liver (half cup) 

1 tsp chopped garlic 

Oyster Sauce 

Dark Soy Sauce 

Light Soy Sauce 

Black Pepper 




Quantity: 2 people 


  1. On a nonstick pan, heat oil and toss the garlic. Cook for 20 sec. 
  2. Put the liver pieces and mix. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon. Cover and cook over medium flame for 2 minutes. (Occasionally add water to avoid dryness) 
  3. Add vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add a small amount of water and cover. 
  4. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
