Now, this had been our go-to breakfast. It’s healthy and easy to make.


 3 Eggs 

1 long sausage (chicken) 

1 Medium sized onion 

1 tomato 

1 long green chili 

Coriander Leaves 


Chaat Masala 

Coriander Powder 

Turmeric Powder 

Red Chili Powder 

Quantity: 3 Persons 


  1. Chop the tomato, onion, and green chili into small dice.  
  2. Slice the sausage and half fry it in a pan. Once done, put it on a separate plate and set it aside. 
  3. In a separate bowl, break 3 eggs and put the chopped chili, salt, black pepper, and coriander powder. Mix all ingredients. 
  4. Heat the pan with an oil of your choice (you can add butter), put the onions, and saute for 30 seconds. Add the chopped tomato and saute for  1 minute.  
  5. Once the tomato is soft, put red chili powder and turmeric powder. Cook for 30 seconds. 
  6. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and the half-fried sausage. Mix all the ingredients.  
  7. Add Chaat Masala and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
